Our Solution
To reduce the resources required to accomplish invoices audit within the logistics system, we aimed to create a solution that will automate intensive manual processes.
We developed an automation system to help auditors quickly find cases that meet all required rules and allow them to concentrate on the analysis of complicated audit cases.
The automation system:
- gathers all data needed for invoices audit into one place using several independent and dynamically changed data sources;
- is designed for work with large datasets and can process up to one hundred thousand invoices;
- processes invoice auditing by using a set of rules and validations;
- allows auditors easily work with large lists of invoices using such features as filtering, sorting, changing order etc.;
- helps auditors clarify which invoices are correct and which need additional attention (by highlighting details that should be checked);
- allows auditors to create custom reports after conducting invoice auditing.
